Thank you for your interest in staying at Southern Country Farm. Below is a list of general guidelines and policies that will assist us in providing you with Five Star Service and Accommodations.
PETS. There is a $45 pet fee. We accept 1 and possibly 2 Dogs depending on size, (and birds in a cage), NO CATS, no other types of pets, with the following stipulations. Inside we allow small, mature, well behaved pets. They must be over 2 years of age, not more than 20 lbs and they must have there own sleeping pads or beds. NO sleeping in our beds or in chairs. They MUST be in cage or carriers if you leave them on the property. If this policy is not followed a $250 charge will be accessed plus any damages and possible eviction. If we find pets that were not to be in the house, have been in the house, a $250 fee will be charged. When Booking a Reservation with Southern Country Farm you understand that you are in agreement with the policies and guidelines and understand them completely.

BOOKING / RESERVATIONS: Once you make your reservation / booking we will personally contact you within a few hours to welcome you and gather any other information pertinent to your stay with us.
We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa for booking/reservations. Your card is not charged when you book. No charges will be made until all information is confirmed with you. Short stays, (less than 2 weeks) the amount of One(1) night’s stay, is charged after confirmation of your booking. Long stays (two weeks or more) a 25% of total, deposit, will be charged after confirmation of your booking. Full/Final payment may be made by check (30 days before arrival), cash or money order (on arrival), Visa, Discover and Mastercard, (5-10 days before arrival.) Credit Card necessary to make reservation. Not refundable if cancelled less then 30 days of proposed arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We charge 1 night when you book.
If canceled more than 30 days from arrival date, we will refund the initial 1 night, less 25% of the 1 night charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days and if the property gets re-booked, we will refund the initial 1 night, less 35% of the 1 night charged as cancellation fee.
General policy: This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed outside.
Payment policy: Short stays, (less than a 2 weeks) the amount of One(1) night’s stay, is charged after confirmation of your booking. Long stays (two weeks or more) 25% of total will be charged upon confirmation of your booking. Full/Final payment may be made by check (30 days before arrival), cash or money order (on arrival), Visa, Discover and Mastercard, apx. 5-10 days before arrival. Credit Card necessary to make reservation.
If you need a longer stay, say a month or more, we will put together a premium discounted package for your convenience.
